We currently have a position for an Architect or Architectural Draftsperson who has a flair for building design, who is self motivated, organised and has great communication skills. You must have at least 5+ years experience in designing and preparing plans for new residences, additons and renovations, small multi unit developments and small commercial projects.    

Your role would be relatively unsupervised.
It is preferable (not essential) that you have the ability to present hand sketched designs to clients. Essential that you can develop the designs into Town Planning and Construction drawings using AutoCAD, whilst liasing with council, building surveyors, engineers and other various consultants and authorities throughout the projects.
You must a good knowledge of building construction, Res-Code, the Building Code of Australia and Town planning.
