We are a Building Design & Drafting company which has been servicing the Mornington Peninsula area and beyond for 20 years.  Adam Doherty is the principal and has been a building designer since 1983. He is registered with the Building Practitioners Board under the Class of “Draftsperson”. He is also a member of the "Building Designers Association of Victoria" and operates in accordance with its charter. This membership offers an on going Professional Development Program for its members to maintain a high standard of knowledge of both regulations and products.

Mount Martha Drafting & Design Service is a medium sized practice located on the Mornington Peninsula. Our designer/draftsman are able to give professional and attentive service to our clients. We are involved in over 150 Building Design and Drafting projects each year.

Our clients range from the home or land owner to Builders and Developers. Our attitude at Mt Martha Drafting & Design is that every job no matter how big or small will be treated professionally and attentively.

Our experience in Town Planning applications and our ability to offer a complete and efficient service has made us the preferred choice for many of the peninsula’s builders.
